Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lucid Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Lucid," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality IT services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with their experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a client needs to cancel or request a refund. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Requested Cancellation: If you wish to cancel any ongoing project or service, you must provide written notice to Lucid Outsourcing Solutions. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive the notice.

    • For fixed-price projects, the Client will be liable to pay for any work completed up to the cancellation date.

    • For hourly billing projects, the Client will be charged for the hours worked up to the date of cancellation.

  • Lucid-Requested Cancellation: In rare cases, Lucid may find it necessary to cancel a service or project, such as in situations of non-payment or breach of contract. In such instances, the Client will be informed, and any amounts due for services rendered will still be payable.

  • Subscription Service Cancellations: For any subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time by notifying us via email. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.


2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

    • Service Failure: If Lucid fails to meet the specifications or deliverables as agreed in the signed contract or proposal, a full or partial refund may be requested by the Client.

    • Project Not Started: If a project has not yet commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amounts.

    • Refund Requests for Completed Work: If the service has already been partially or fully rendered, refunds will be considered based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Lucid will review the situation and offer a reasonable refund based on the circumstances.

  • Non-Refundable Services: The following services are non-refundable:

    • Prepaid setup fees, initial consultations, and project management fees.

    • Custom development services, including software development, after delivery or significant progress has been made.


3. Refund Process

  • Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, you must submit your request to info@lucidsolutions.in with a detailed explanation for the request.

  • Evaluation of Request: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.


4. Amendments to the Policy

Lucid reserves the right to modify or amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
